1. How long will my order take to arrive?
- Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours to 48 hours of confirmation.
- Delivery timelines range from 5–7 days, depending on the product and your location.
- You'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order ships.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
- India: Shipping is free nationwide.
- International: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Customs duties (if any) are the customer's responsibility.
3. Do you accept returns or refunds?
- No refunds. Premium exchanges only.
- Exchanges are available under eligible conditions via our Exchange Portal.
4. What are the conditions for exchange?
- Exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Customized, discounted, or final-sale items are not eligible.
5. Where does HEATWEAR ship?
- We ship across India and to select international destinations.
- For international orders, shipping charges and applicable customs duties apply.
6. Are your drops ever restocked?
- No. Every HEATWEAR drop is ultra-limited. Once it sells out, it's gone forever.
- This ensures exclusivity for every customer.
